🧺🍎 The Farmers Market Came to Luverne! Residents at Luverne Health & Rehab were treated to a wonderful day thanks to the Farmers Market of Aveanna! From fresh fruits and veggies to pies, homemade cookies, jellies, flowers, herbs, chips, old-fashioned sweets, popcorn, and drinks! 🌽🍓🍰

A special thank you to Stacy Beasley and Shea Odom, our amazing Aveanna representatives, for creating such a fun and interactive experience. Residents were each given $3.00 to shop and loved every minute of it! 🎟️💚 They even had a photo booth to capture the smiles!

🇺🇸💙 Yesterday, the Activity Staff at Luverne, in partnership with Southern Care, proudly honored our Veterans with a Veterans Day Program held in the main dining room.

Each Veteran was recognized with a certificate, pin, and a bag of goodies to take back to their room. Just a small token of appreciation for their immense sacrifice and service. 🎖️

✨ The program included:
💬 A warm welcome from Lawanda Harrell, Activity Director
🙏 A touching poem and prayer by Joann Matthews, Volunteer Coordinator with Southern Care
🎤 A heartfelt speech and salute by Pam Guthrie, Activity Assistant and Veteran

Delicious refreshments were served, and the room was filled with gratitude, pride, and community. Thank you to everyone who made this event so meaningful, and most of all to our Veterans. We salute you. 🇺🇸
