If you've been in for a session with me, you may remember me showing you ((and from time to time reminding you about)) the ball-in-a-sock trick 😉

If you're unable to get in for a session or need something to get you through until your next session, this trick will save you. Find those hot knotted spots around the shoulder blades and "roll-n-dig" as deep as you need to.

Remember to widen your stance and the further away from the wall that you stand, the more pressure you're applying to that hot spot.

Something great is pressing in with the ball and holding it right on that spot for 5-10 seconds. Then release. Then repeat. This movement tries to force muscle fiber into loosening and it feels great.

Remember... don't drop the ball... throw it in a sock 😉

Of all my oils, I use this one the most during sessions. Peppermint oil does some great things when applied topically or diffused into the air.
Peppermint tea is just as wonderful.
☆when applying topically, dilute with a bit of lotion or carrier oil in case of skin sensitivity☆

A wonderful blend for your diffuser this time of year. I love each of these oils.
A fresh citrus duo of bergamot and lemon joining the warm sweetness of cassia. If you're not familiar with cassia, it belongs to the cinnamon family. Not as heavy as cinnamon.... it just has a sweet lightness to it. This blend flows with the season and will wrap you up in warmth and comfort.
