☀️ Beat the Heat: Prevent Heat Exhaustion & Heat Stroke This Summer ☀️

As temps climb, so does the risk of heat-related illnesses—especially heat exhaustion and heat stroke. These are serious and preventable with the right steps! 👇

🚨 Know the Signs of Heat Exhaustion
• Heavy sweating
• Fatigue or dizziness
• Nausea or muscle cramps
• Cool, clammy skin

👣 What to Do:
• Move to shade or AC
• Loosen clothing
• Sip water
• Seek medical help if symptoms persist

🔥 Heat Stroke is an Emergency!
• Temp over 103°F
• Confusion or slurred speech
• Hot, dry skin or unconsciousness
📞 Call 911 immediately!
