Join us for a meditative journey where soothing sound bowl tones and guided journaling come together to calm the mind, open the heart, and invite a deeper self-reflection.
The journey will begin with soothing sound frequencies to calm the nervous system and clear stagnant energy. Once we complete the sound journey, we will shift into a gentle guided journaling session with prompts to lead you inward and help you translate feelings into words.
Cost is $25

If you have never been to a Sound Bath and don’t know what to expect, that’s ok! Here’s more info:
•What to bring: it’s all about comfort, so bring a pillow, yoga mat, and blanket. You’ll lie on the floor as you soak in the sound waves.
Journal or Notebook
Pen or Favorite Writing Tools
Markers or Colored Pens
(optional) Travel watercolor set and small brush
•What is a Sound Bath: Sound bath is an ancient sound-healing practice whereby the person relaxes and allows the healing sounds and vibrations to bath over him/her. The music is typically generated by such instruments and methods as singing bowls, gongs, drumming, rain sticks, and chimes.
•What to wear: whatever you feel comfortable in. Come in your PJs if that’s how you want to relax!
•What to expect: When you come to the Sound Bath, find a spot on the floor and settle in. You’ll get comfortable, close your eyes, and enjoy the music and sounds. When finished, you’ll rise feeling renewed and relaxed like a day at the spa!
