Our Cardiopulmonary Rehab Director, Adam Schwartz, proved exactly that during our recent visit to the EAC Oceanside group at St. Anthony’s Church!

Adam led the room through a high-energy chair aerobics session, showing how targeted, seated movements can transform heart health, boost circulation, and increase mobility & no gym floor required!

🍀 St. Patrick’s Day + Discharge Day = The Perfect Celebration! 🇮🇪

Yesterday, we had the honor of clapping out our Irish native, Mrs. Comer!

Since joining us from Mount Sinai South Nassau in December, her journey has been nothing short of incredible. Celebrating this milestone on a holiday so close to her heart made the moment even more meaningful.

We are so proud to see her walking out strong, surrounded by smiles, support, and a little extra Irish cheer! 💚
