Yesterday we had a patient come in for an appointment. She got very upset when we told her that masks were required in our office. This is in spite of the fact that we have multiple signs stating policy she refused and stormed out even though she had a mask with her. Our policy which does follow NY State laws is designed to protect other patients and staff. Please give us your cooperation. It could save someone’s life
