I am a private health coach, fitness nut, and foodie who believes that nobody should deprive themselves, suffer, and live an abbreviated version of a rich and fulfilling life in order to get their health back in order. And whatever you are facing, can be transformed right now in this instant with just a bit of knowledge about yourself, the way your body works, new experiences and support along the way into a 'Happily Ever After' experience immediately. Together we will come up with a unique, and individualized plan just for you and work at a pace that is energizing and comfortable. Along the way I will introduce some new ideas that you may have never heard and teach you a few basic principles about nutrition so that you can truly understand the way your body works and the cravings you have so that you can satisfy them both intelligently and 'dancing in the seat of your chair', deliciously.
