People often ask which class is my favorite one to teach and the truth is I love them all! There’s something so special about how each class is designed for each age group.

For those that don’t know, we offer kids yoga classes for all ages, our educational pod “mini minds” for toddlers, and pop ups each month for both kids and adults. Check it all out on our website! Our spring series will all be live in just a few weeks! 💜✨
