This weeks literacy connection in all of our classes was The Color Monster. We moved, we breathed, we had fun, and kids tuned into their emotions in a way that they could understand. It was a good week so far. 💜✨

Filling this space with this kind of energy is one of the reasons I wanted to create The Little Lotus. When you think about the core of this space, it’s yoga - which is an every day practice for everyone, both littles and grown ups. It’s a space to move, a space to breathe, and a space where you hopefully leave feeling just a little bit better about yourself than when you walked in.

will be back on Sunday, February 15th at 10AM for a vinyasa flow. Registration is live and spots have been taken already. Can’t wait to see you all there. 💜✨

So excited to have for this Valentine’s–themed workshop just for tweens! This class invites kids to celebrate self-love and all the things that make them uniquely awesome. Through a few mindful moments and a creative art project, kids will explore kindness toward themselves and create a special symbol of their promise to care for and believe in who they are—inside and out. 💖🌸
