As the Days Grow Shorter, So Can Our Spirits 🌒

With less sunlight and cooler days, many people begin to feel the weight of seasonal depression. It can creep in quietly, showing up as fatigue, sadness, or a loss of motivation. Remember, you are not alone and it is okay to ask for help.

🕯️ Take care of your mental wellness:
• Check in with yourself daily.
• Reach out to friends and family, even a short call can make a difference.
• Get outside for fresh air and light whenever possible.

If you or someone you know is struggling, reach out for support. Call or text 988 to connect with the Su***de and Crisis Lifeline. It is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, free, and confidential.

Let us remind one another that even in the darker months, we can still be the light. 💛
