Guggenheimer Health and Rehab Center is Located in the historic Diamond Hill area of Lynchburg, we offer spectacular views and are near several gorgeous parks as well as the James River. Formerly part of Centra Health, and now under new ownership, Guggenheimer Health and Rehab Center has been infused with clinical and operational enhancements to take our care and service to the next level. Our dedicated team of physicians, nurses, therapists and other health care professionals provide personalized and exceptional care that leads to shorter recovery times and more thorough healing.

Our community is filled with creative and committed individuals. Every week, our residents enthusiastically participate in crafting sessions. The beautiful artwork they produce is proudly showcased throughout our facility, bringing joy to everyone. We are currently in the process of organizing an Art and Crafts Show, which will take place in the next few months. We eagerly anticipate the opportunity to celebrate the artistic talents of our residents and the added beauty they bring to our environment.

The Fall Ball proved to be a truly wonderful event! Residents had a fantastic time, celebrating and dancing to the music, expertly curated by DJ Josh Urban. It was delightful to see Josh actively participating in the celebration. Furthermore, a highlight of the day was the crowning of our Harvest King and Queen, adding an extra layer of joy to the already festive atmosphere.
