We have multiple events coming up .house these next couple of weeks!

Join us on July 18th at 5-7pm for Afrotropico Fusion! You will receive dance lessons followed by a social hour. There will be food and drinks available + a chance to win prizes. Afrotropico Fusion is a fun mix of African & Latin dance that you won’t want to miss out on!

AND

July 23rd at 7am for a morning vinyasa flow! We will be holding our second vinyasa flow amongst Palmera’s peaceful space. This is a beginner to intermediate practices designed for all to leave feeling energized and refreshed. Palmera House will be offering 20% everything store wide after the flow

Prana community, we are beyond heartbroken to share the passing of our beloved instructor Julie’s son Hudson this past weekend. Please join us in sending love, prayers, and support to her and her family at this time. We will tentatively be holding a grief and loss ceremony for Julie and her family next week to come together as a community and love on them. If you are able to financially show support, there is a go fund me in the link in our bio to help raise funds for a funeral and transportation.

Please hold space to honor whatever it is that Julie needs during this time. She is a pivotal point of our Prana family and we will also be giving her as much time, space, and love as she needs.

Announcement 🌟

This weekend (June 28-30) we are replacing the floor! Whoo 🌀

The morning Saturday classes are still on. The studio will be closed after the 11:30am class until Tuesday. All Sunday + Monday classes are canceled due to floor installation. Thank you for understanding as we grow + update!

ALSO, if you want some of our old flooring, come to the studio on Saturday around 1pm to pick it up

This Wednesday morning (!!!!) we will be .house for a 7am vinyasa flow ☀️

Join us this week for donation-based Gentle Yoga Wednesday evening and a relaxing sound bath this Saturday. All proceeds will be given to Love Heals to support their efforts in helping a local LYH resident find stable housing as she heals from serious medical conditions. Your presence and contribution will directly support her journey toward safety, stability, and wellness!
