Hello + welcome! We have a lot of new faces around here & wanted to say welcome to our community + give a refresher on some yoga/pilates etiquette so you + your classmates can all have the best experience possible! 🧘🏼‍♀️

1. Please arrive early + put your things away. This allows ample time for the instructor to check you in, for you to find a spot, gather equipment, etc. we do not allow shoes or phones in the room so please make sure those are placed in a cubby upon arrival. Arriving late is not only disruptive but may result in the door being locked and you not being able to enter the studio

2. Sign up for class ahead of time. This secures your spot + helps the teacher plan class accordingly. If you get waitlisted or just show up, be prepared to wait until class begins in order to find out if there is room as we have limited space. If you no show or cancel within an hour of class time, please be aware that we do enforce our cancellation fee.

3. No phones in the hot room. We know it can be fun to take pictures and videos, but your classmates may not appreciate being in the background + it is very disruptive when someone is on their phone or a notification goes off. Please wait to take photos until the end of class or do so before class begins

4. No talking during class. It’s a small room, if you are talking, that means others around you can hear you & not the teacher + it’s distracting. Please be respectful of the practice, the instructor, & those around you & keep any chatter or socializing in the lobby before or after class.

5. Leave before Shavasana or stay the entire time. Your entire class leads to these scared few minutes of stillness & quite, for some, this is the only few minutes out of their entire day that they get to be still and quiet. If you need to head out early, do so before Shavasana & be mindful of those around you. Some instructors will lead you out of a Shavasana, while others will allow you to choose your own timeline - if so, try to stay at least 2 minutes or more before exiting the room to avoid constant disruption to those around you. Please clean up all items & avoid needing to renter the room

Snow storm incoming! Since we’re not sure what the conditions are going to look like over this weekend, please double check your walla apps before heading out to the studio to see if classes have been canceled due to safety reasons 🌨️ we will do our best to keep everyone updated on when we are/are not open

ANNOUNCEMENT 🌟

Firstly, we love seeing so many of you around the studio 🫶🏼BUT, with large numbers comes a need for some reinforcement of our policies. As of this week, we will be actively reinforcing our cancellation policy. This policy indicates that anyone that no shows or late cancels (cancels a class within 1hour of start time) will be charged the $20 fee. As many of our classes have reached max capacity recently along with full waitlists, this is meant to help mitigate no shows or late cancels which results in taking the spot of someone who wants to drop in or was on the waitlist OR couldn’t even get on the waitlist and therefore couldn’t attend class. Please remember you still need to sign up for class ahead of time but please be mindful of your schedule and others when it comes to canceling!

We hope this practice will help more students be able to attend classes, give the instructor a correct estimate of expected students so they can plan class accordingly in regards to equipment and movements, and help everyone manage their class schedules well!

Our cancellation policy applies to everyone regardless of the type of membership you have
