Sattva Yoga and Wellness Center- a 501(c)(3) non-profit "community" offering yoga, tai chi, kung fu, taekwondo, Pilates, counseling, health and wellness workshops, massage therapy and dance classes with discounts for seniors and veterans. Sattva Center provides yoga and meditation practices along with instructional classes to the Lynchburg and surrounding community at 300 12th Street, Lynchburg,

Virginia 24504. A comfortable and safe space is provided for participants to practice yoga and meditation at an affordable cost. Community support practices and memberships are available monthly. Recovery yoga and meditation practices are available for those committed to sobriety.
