Gorgeous healed result from our first session. She wanted them a bit bigger, so I topped them off with an additional 1/2 syringe. Swelling will decrease by 20-30% over the next 2 weeks. I am in LOVE with the keyhole created today.🥹. Now that we’ve reached her desired shape and size, we’ll top them off every 12-18 months to maintain the results .

Gorgeous results for my gorgeous patient 👄 We created a plan to address the lower face, and today was step 1! I added volume to the lips and crisped the borders. I also added some vertical struts at the oral commissures in preparation for our next step: DAO toxin and filler to decrease shadowing. Next will be adding more structure that will increase lip show for a beautiful pout ❤️

Don’t forget the lower face! This is 2 weeks apart! Botox to the masseters to slim the face, DAOs to upturn the corners of the mouth, and platysma to lift and tighten the neck. Finished with a bit of filler placed strategically to minimize shadowing. Slight refinements that make all the difference.
