🌿✨ In honor of International Women’s Day, a flicker of hope emerges in Uganda. ✨🌿

My recent trip to Uganda with Freedom 4/24 brought me to Christina’s House, a sanctuary for young girls who are survivors of human trafficking. In the midst of pain and injustice, I witnessed a profound sense of hope, love, and resilience that touched my soul deeply.

As I stood among these brave girls, my heart was both heavy with sadness for the injustices they have faced and lifted with the love and warmth that surrounded us. In their stories of survival and strength, I saw a reflection of God’s grace and compassion, a reminder that even in the darkest of times, His light shines brightly.

May we carry their stories in our hearts, be voices for the voiceless, and advocates for justice and love. Let us stand firm in our faith, knowing that in the midst of brokenness, God’s love is the ultimate healer and His hope is the beacon that guides us forward. Today is dedicated to the beautiful women at Christine’s House!

I am SO grateful for these beautiful flowers from and for these two precious girls who helped prepare over 25 bundles of joy.

These were passed out to strangers on the street, construction workers, garbage collectors, and a neighborhood impacted by a sudden loss.
