Virginia's Blue Envelope program:
--Any individual diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder—or a caregiver, legal guardian or parent on their behalf—can request a Blue Envelope.
--Signals to officers that the driver may need more time or communication support during a traffic stop.
--Provides a clear, consistent tool to help reduce misunderstandings and promote safer interactions.
What goes in the Blue Envelope:
➡️Vehicle registration card
➡️Vehicle insurance card
➡️Emergency contact information (Recommended)
➡️A copy of your driver’s license

Welcome to the newest “club” in town… The Men’s Coffee Club!☕

Every Thursday, The Great Room becomes a VIP lounge where wisdom is shared, jokes get better with age, and coffee is considered its own food group. Leading the charge? Our fearless Executive Director, Robin (who somehow convinced everyone this counts as a strategic planning session). 😉

This crew of distinguished gentlemen meet weekly to sip, laugh, and solve the world’s problems one cup at a time. No membership fees, just strong coffee, good company, and plenty of stories.

A big thank you to The Scrappy Elephant and their partnership through the Nonprofit Rewards Program. Theresa did some "shopping" for BINGO prizes and gathered materials for upcoming festive craft projects!

This unique store serves as a treasure trove of reclaimed art and craft materials, having successfully diverted over 169,000
pounds of supplies from overflowing landfills. WOW!
They've done this by repurposing donated items from local businesses and generous individuals.

Go check them out - located downtown on the corner of 9th and Main. Look for all of the colorful, creative, windows!!
