Make space in your Sunday for stillness, strength, and deep release. We’ve got two amazing classes to help you reset and recharge for the week ahead:

🌿 10:30–11:45 AM – Kaiut Yoga with Leesa
Gentle, floor-based postures designed to support the joints and nervous system. Perfect for all levels seeking mobility, longevity, and deep calm.

🔥 4:00–5:30 PM – Intermediate Yoga with Nancy
A more active, mindful flow for experienced students who want to explore depth, strength, and breath.
