You’re not alone. Many of us have experienced this cycle of setting goals only to find ourselves repeating the same resolutions year after year. But what if there was a way to break free from this pattern and create lasting change?

Our 12-week workshop is designed to guide you step-by-step through a sustainable behavior change.

We’ll explore the motivations for your goals, learn how to build a supportive environment and network of encouragement and accountability, and develop strategies to navigate challenges and overcome obstacles - ensuring long-term success.

Our goal is to empower you to cultivate greater flexibility and self-compassion, provide you with practical tools and resources to create new habits, and support you as you transition from action to maintenance.

Hey there! As many of you know, I’m a health coach specializing in behavior change - specifically related to healthy eating, physical activity, improved sleep, stress management, weight loss, and glucose control. I firmly believe that everyone should have access to evidence-based resources to take care of their body, mind, and spirit; I’m passionate about and experienced in helping people develop skills that support their health goals.

Establishing healthy habits takes time, self-compassion, and consistency; having a knowledgeable and compassionate guide can be a game changer. It’s an honor to be this person to the folks I coach. People are more resilient, adaptable, and capable than they often give themselves credit for. Walking alongside someone as they tap into these strengths and change their own life is a privilege.

With the New Year right around the corner many of us are probably thinking of what resolutions or goals we’ll set for 2025; we may also be saying “I’m really going to stick with it this time.” If this sounds true to you, I’m here to support you in breaking patterns of the past and creating changes that last so your New Year’s Resolutions become your reality.

I’ve seen firsthand how helpful having the support of a community is and am thrilled to announce my first ever group coaching program - Resolution to Reality! I’ve put a lot of thought and heart into developing this program and am so excited to share it with you.

Throughout the 12-week virtual program, we’ll break down the behavior change process step-by-step to help turn your health goals into a lifestyle. There will be plenty of room for your questions and we’ll establish a clear plan of action each week to focus on in between sessions to help you keep making progress.

If you’ve been struggling to fit in daily movement, you don’t have to go it alone! Join our Step-by-Step September challenge. Every day in September, I’ll share a new 10-15 minute workout - no equipment needed - to help you build a lasting movement habit.

Building new habits doesn’t mean drastic life changesl; instead, I encourage committing to one simple action daily for four weeks. This approach is so empowering and effective because it breaks big changes down into small, doable steps (which can reduce feelings of overwhelm, uncertainty, and intimidation that often accompany lifesyle change); furthermore, it gives you time to experiment, assess, and adjust your routine to ensure the new habit fits into your life.
