Free Clinic Of Central Virginia To ensure high-quality, compassionate and comprehensive health care for each member of our community.

We serve adults who reside in Central Virginia, are uninsured or underinsured, and who have income less than 250% of the Federal Poverty Level. Individuals are considered underinsured if their health insurance does not cover the medically necessary service they are requesting, or if there is a demonstrated community-wide lack of access to care.

Last night, George Dawson dazzled his dinner guests with his culinary skills! A big thanks to him and Rosemary for opening their home. This 6 course meal with wine pairings included local produce, seafood, meat and figs from the yard! We auctioned off this exquisite dinner at our Amplifying Hope concert this past June! We are excited to announce that a pulmonologist is now volunteering their time at the Free Clinic of Central Virginia to serve our community!
If you have ongoing issues with your lungs or breathing, we encourage you to reach out and schedule an appointment. Conditions our pulmonologist can help with include:
• Asthma
• Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
• Persistent cough or shortness of breath
• Other chronic or complex lung conditions
