The ULCHC is a student organized PT clinic that provides free PT services to individuals in the city

The LCCHC is organized and run by doctoral students of the physical therapy program at Lynchburg College who provide cutting-edge evidence-based therapy. We provide quality, pro bono services to those who are uninsured, underinsured, or those who have exhausted their Physical Therapy benefits for the year under the guided supervision of licensed physical therapists from our faculty and the community to join in an educational partnership that benefits our patients. Our Mission is to provide the highest quality evidence-based health services to patients in a collaborative, supportive environment for student education. To make an appointment:

Get a referral from one of the following:
• Your doctor
• Your physical therapist
• Free Clinic of Central Virginia, 1016 Main St., Lynchburg, 434.847.5866
• Bedford Christian Free Clinic, 104 Center St., 540.586.3711
• Call our scheduling answering service, 434.544.8889, and leave a message with all of your contact information
• Fax your medical records to 434.544.8887, or mail them to:

The University of Lynchburg Community Health Center is hosting the Monster Dash 5K on Saturday, October 12th! If you would like to you can wear a costume for the race!

Check-ins open at 8:30am on Shellenberger Field, and the race will begin promptly at 9am!

Proceeds to the CHC are used to help provide free Pt services for people in the Lynchburg area without, have used, or don't have enough insurance to cover their needs.

This week’s CHC SPT of the Month is Bailey Thomas, class of 25! Bailey was nominated due to his dedication to his patient, the CHC and its operation. The CHC held its annual 5k walk & run this Saturday. We would like to say thank you to our volunteers and participants! Despite the weather, we're grateful for those who came out to support us.
