Our Hybrid Homes are now under construction, with four buildings underway and just 11 residences in each. Designed to blend the comfort of home with the ease of apartment living, this is one of the most anticipated additions to our campus.

In February alone, 18 reservations were secured in our Aspen and Hickory hybrid homes!

They’re choosing:
