We’re still feeling incredibly excited and grateful after celebrating Professional Administrative Day yesterday! 🎉

It was such a great time bringing our Lynchburg team together outside of the office to recognize the amazing work our administrative staff does each and every day. From handling calls, faxes, and emails to managing all the behind-the-scenes details, they truly keep everything running smoothly.

We’re so proud of this team and honored to celebrate the dedication, organization, and care they bring to their roles. Their impact is felt in everything we do, and yesterday was a wonderful reminder of just how much they mean to us. 💙

Our Community Liaison, Danielle Fricault, had an amazing time yesterday at the Roanoke Rainbow Wellness Alliance Health Summit! We were honored to hear inspiring speakers like Ted Heck, Equality Virginia, and the panel committee that included Roanoke Major Joe Cobb.

We’re so thankful for the invitation and the opportunity to connect, learn, and grow alongside so many passionate leaders. We were also blown away by the Melrose Plaza—what an incredible space filled with beautiful art and meaningful historical displays.

As a company rooted in community, it means so much to be out building connections and learning new ways to better see, support, and serve every member of our community. 💙

Happy National Grilled Cheese Sandwich Day! 🧀🥪✨

Grilled cheese is seriously one of the best comfort foods. It’s warm, easy, affordable, and such a lifesaver on bad mobility days when cooking something big just isn’t happening.

You can keep it classic or make it a little healthier with whole grain bread, veggies, or lighter cheese.

My favorite is gruyere, spinach, tomato, and bacon and it is SO good.
