Why us! After taking over last year! We took swift action to improve care standards, which involve removing underperforming or toxic employees. To do this legally and effectively, new management was a must and new administrator was put in place. We got ride of the old administration and administrator whom only had three years of experience combined! A hired a new administrator  Mrs. Arnett Santos as the new administrator last year, whom has over 25 years of existence in Nursing Homes and Assisted Living and Memory Care! Kept 15 staff out of 45 and rehired 35 new employees! That can give compassionate care and that gives our Residents what they deserve, that is compassion. Today we pride our self in saying all 45 employees understand our mission and all residents are happy and proud to be an Elms! Join us sending your Mom and Dad to the Elms!
