Step into spring with an afternoon of restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra meditation, and the resonant vibration of singing bowls.

Led by Dr. Maries Bailey, this two-hour immersion invites you to shed what winter accumulated — the tension, the holding, the habitual bracing — and arrive, fully, in the present season. Gentle postures prepare the body. Yoga Nidra guides the mind into its deepest rest. Singing bowls carry you home.

Date: Sunday, March 29
Time: 2:00 – 4:00 pm

As the days grow longer and new growth begins to stir, this experience offers space to pause, reflect, and reset. Join us for a 90-minute seasonal sound immersion honoring the Spring Equinox and the balance of light and dark.

Participants will rest comfortably on the floor while gongs and crystal bowls create a layered, resonant soundscape designed to support release, renewal, and nervous system restoration.

This is an opportunity to intentionally mark the shift in season — letting go of what feels complete, and creating room for what's ready to emerge.

Saturday · March 21 · 6:00 pm · $33

At Lynden Yoga Collective, we're learning to see clearly, feel fully, and love wisely.

Through meditation, we practice seeing what's actually here. Not what we wish were here. Not what we're afraid is here. What's here.

Through embodiment practices, we practice feeling what's actually present in our bodies. Not what we think we should feel, not what we've been trained to avoid. What's here, right now.

Through contemplative practices, we practice loving the person in front of us from a place of wholeness. The real human standing there.

Nothing we do here adds something you don't already have. We practice clearing away what's covered it over.

At Lynden Yoga Collective, you don't have to be better. Here, your whole self is welcomed and witnessed: the tired parts, the searching parts, the emerging parts, the parts that just need to sit down with a cup of tea and breathe. This is what we mean by Being Human Together.

As many of you know, Kristin is an elementary school teacher out in Sumas. She was out there on Saturday helping with relief efforts, and the community is both devastated and grieving.
We alone cannot fix it, but we can contribute and offer a hand or financial support.

For the foreseeable future, all the donations we receive for our community classes (happening on Sundays at 4:30 p.m. and Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m.) will be directed toward the flood relief efforts through the Whatcom Strong.
