GARDEN YOGA IS BACK at !

Spend a peaceful evening in the garden taking inspiration from the magnificent natural beauty around us, as we flow between postures at a slow to moderate pace, focusing on building strength in body and mind. This class welcomes all levels from beginner to experienced yogis. In case of inclement weather, the class will be canceled and participants will be notified.

May 10th – June 21st
Tuesday Evenings: 6:00 – 7:00 pm
Single class: $20 per person for Members/$25 per person for Non-Member

Please register through our website's calendar listing.

Registration is required by the Monday prior to each class. We will not be able to accommodate any drop-ins.

We invite our global spiritual family to take a few moments to be still, to come back to our mindful breathing, as we together hold Thay in our hearts in peace and loving gratitude for all he has offered the world.

You will leave this workshop with the skills to practice basic Reiki techniques on yourself and family/friends. There are no prerequisites; the Reiki Healing System requires no special abilities or beliefs, and can be practiced by anyone.
