I get tired of the threats to shut my page down!
It’s a lot of extra work anyway but I love it but not worth going through this every week

I’m so tired of being fat

I don’t eat a lot!
I have been to family functions and turned down my favorite foods because I was “dieting “ ugh 😑

Diet has the word die in it

A lifestyle change is not a diet

I started exercising a few months ago
I was doing it pretty vigorously
But being 54 my body isn’t working like it used to

I have a bad hip and been to the chiropractor several times over the last few weeks

Today I was encouraged not to exercise unless it was in the water to protect the impact my back and hips were taking

Thankfully we have a pool but what happens when it’s to cold

Does anyone have a membership where they have an indoor pool?
I might have to check into it 🥴

The thought of going to the gym makes me cringe because people don’t clean machines after using them and I have gotten sick so many times going to the gym🤢

Any solution ideas are welcome

Some where a long my journey with skincare and makeup I discovered that I was worth more than I was giving myself

I have learned so much about self care
Self care is more than a nap
It’s more than getting your hair and nails done
It’s more than skincare and makeup

Self care is about the inside as well as the outside!

My hydrate boost has been a life saver along with the collagen

Even tho they are good for weight loss
This girl is still struggling

I’m learning about some of the reasons we gain weight and some of it might surprise you

For me it’s not so much about what I eat because I can turn down a piece of cake 🍰

I was hearing about something that was working for others and I looked into the results and decided to give it a try

I won’t talk about it until I have tried it for myself but be watching for some changes

I’m tired of stress
I’m tired of being fat

I’m tired of having to worry about what I put in my mouth going to my hips

It was funny how this happened because I was praying for direction and then something came up and this just fit
