Lyndhurst Fit Body Boot Camp is a results driven and energetic fitness and fat loss workout program that includes motivation, accountability and dynamic resistance training; all designed to get you the body that you want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere. Fit Body Boot Camp is home of the Afterburn workouts - a group personal training program where you'll get high energy, fun, and challenging workouts designed to burn maximum fat and tone your entire body in only 30 minutes. Afterburn workouts use a combination of (HIIT) High Intensity Interval Training and Active Rest Training to get your body to burn more fat and calories than traditional workouts that are twice as long. Every group training session is led by an experienced and certified personal trainer and is designed to be fun, high energy and challenging all while burning maximum fat and toning your muscles.

Whether you’re leading a workout, a team, or just trying to lead yourself better each day, this matters.👇
“You can’t promise the outcome, but you can promise the opportunity.”💯
This foundational principle, attributed to Nick Saban, the former head coach of Alabama's college football team, who is considered one of the greatest coaches of all time, guided his recruiting efforts, which focused on finding the right people, not just the best players.🏈🏆
He didn’t promise starting positions, playing time, or stardom.
Instead, he promised an environment where the right people would be given access to the tools, coaching, systems, and processes that would provide them with the best opportunity to become the best version of themselves.
He only promised an opportunity because results are never guaranteed.
He understood that consistent effort and a commitment to showing up every day were factors his players could control, ultimately leading to their personal success, as well as the team's overall success.🙌
