At Trilogy, we go beyond traditional healthcare and time-off benefits to find innovative ways to support our team members' lives—both at work and at home.

One powerful example is our Susan’s Savings First Time Homebuyers Program, led by the Trilogy Health Services Foundation. Inspired by Susan Bufford, wife of Trilogy’s founder Randy Bufford, this program was created to provide financial support to first-time homebuyers through a 2-to-1 matched savings model.

For Chelsea P. and her husband, that support turned a dream into reality—they recently purchased their first home with help from the program where they were awarded $7000!

“I am truly grateful for the Susan’s Savings Program. I’m extremely appreciative that this kind of assistance is available for employees; it made a big difference for us. I’m proud to work for a company that offers meaningful programs like this and truly supports its team members,” said Chelsea.
