Employee of the Months for July and August 2025
July- Kolby Blair from our Nursing Department. Kolby has worked here for a several years. He started out in the Dietary Department, and then moved to our Activity Department and eventually moving into our Nursing Department. Kolby is one of our Night LNA's. Kolby says" He loves the residents and enjoys taking care of them and learning new things about each resident's past." Our residents enjoy having Kolby as one of their caregivers.
August- Nette Harrington from our Nursing Department. Nette is one our traveling LNA's. Nette has had her LNA license for over 11 years. She has been working as a traveling LNA for 3 years. Nette says" I like working at the Pines because of the supportive team environment and the opportunity to care for a diverse group of residents. Each day brings something new, which keeps me engaged and continuously learning. The staff here are welcoming and professional, making it a positive and rewarding place to work while allowing me to grow in my role as a caregiver."
We are lucky to have these 2 working at the Pines. Thanks for being apart of the family here at the Pines. ❤️

Our Pines Team participated in the Walk to End Alzheimer's this am! We want to thank everyone that donated towards our team this year! We raised over $1200 this year! This Walk means alot to us as we care for many with Alzheimer's and have lost many to this horrible Disease. 💜💜

We would like to give a huge Thank You to Leah Beattie for donating her fundraising money to our Pines Alzheimer's Team this year! Leah Beattie is the daughter of our Social Worker and Niece to our Activity Director at the Pines...She has spent many years coming to the Pines and visiting our residents and getting to know them. She has seen so many come and go...This is her passion. She is entering her 9th grade at the St J Academy this year. She cannot wait to be old enough to work at the Pines within the next year. Thank you Leah Beattie for your $330.00 donation to our team. Leah has walked with our team in the past and has enjoyed contributing to our Team this year! St.Johnsbury Alzheimer's Walk is September 21, 2025! Come join the walk with us!

Employee of the Months for May and June 2025
May 2025- Aaron Lefebvre from our Housekeeping Department. Aaron has only been with us for 6 months here at the Pines. Aaron says" I like that everyone is so helpful and I like how everyone appreciates the work others put in"
June 2025- Chelsea Sanville from our Nursing Department. Chelsea has been an LNA for 7 yrs and has been here at the Pines for 2 yrs now. Chelsea says " I love all my coworkers and residents. They truly make everyday better, and I enjoy making them smile. I took on a new position as the Nursing Scheduler, but I will still everyone daily.
We are lucky to have these 2 working at the Pines. Thanks for being apart of the family ❤️❤️

Amy Bell from our Nursing Department. Amy has been here for over 11 years. Amy has been an LNA here for 9 of those years. Amy enjoys working here along side her co workers and enjoys caring for our residents here. We are lucky to have Amy here at the Pines. Thanks for being apart of the family❤️

Pines Employee of the Months for January, February, and March 2025
January 2025- Tyler McMahan from our Nursing Department. Tyler is an LPN here who really has a go getter team spirited approach to Nursing. Tyler is always picking up shifts for his co workers day or night, rain or shine
Tyler enjoys Nursing and helping out his teammates, it takes a Village to take care of our Residents and our staff does an amazing job making sure our rural health center feels like home"
February 2025- Zachary Linn works in our Dietary Department. He was voted from most of our Residents. Our residents enjoy seeing his smiles whenever he's here!
March 2025- Hailey Lawrence is from our Nursing Department. Hailey started here working in our Level 3, transitioning upstairs and getting her LNA. Hailey has been here for 2 years. " I like to work here because I like helping people and hearing new things from my residents! We are lucky to have these 3 working at the Pines. Thanks for being apart of the family! ❤️❤️

Employee of the Month for November and December 2024
November 2024- Christine Socher from our Nursing Department. Christine is one of LPN Nurses here at the Pines. " I enjoy spending time with my residents and making sure they are happy and healthy"

December 2024- Allison Hagman from our Nursing Department. Allison is one of our LPN Nurses here at the Pines. Allison has worked here for almost few years now. Great addition to our Pines Family. She is very kind to all that walk through our hallways!
We are very lucky to have Christine and Allison at the Pines and being apart of our family! ❤️

We celebrated Christmas yesterday with our Residents..We want to Thank Kinney Drugs and the community for giving our residents wonderful and thoughtful gifts, Our Staff for providing every resident with a gift, and Kim Russell for her gifts to each and every one of our residents! Our residents were very happy! Thank you Santa Claus for stopping by today to see our staff and residents! 🎄❤️
