“I have worked as a Physical Therapy Assistant at Northern Physical Therapy since 2017, and have loved growing here and getting to know my community more," Hannah says. "I enjoy seeing all different kinds of people and injuries. Variety is what I like most about this job. Outside of work my interests are playing basketball and softball, mountain biking, gardening and spending time with my family.”

“I understands how life-changing some injuries can be and want to help my patients achieve the most they can in hopes to continue doing what they love,” Krista says.

Krista graduated from UVM with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2018. She is a Lyndonville native who lives in the NEK with her husband and daughter. She enjoys
working with all ages, especially the pediatric population. Formally a competitive figure skater, she has spent many years on the ice, coaching hockey and figure skaters alike.

"My personal activities are skiing and mountain biking," she adds. "I enjoy bringing the sport of skiing to others as a certified instructor with Professional Ski Instructors of America. I am very fortunate to have relocated to the NEK to be able to enjoy both in my backyard.”

Northern Physical Therapy's Get to Know Us October spotlight is Lindsay O’Steen, PT, DPT, MHA, AEMT!

A Doctor of Physical Therapy with a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Lindsay is also the manager at Northern Physical Therapy. Lindsay fell in love with the human body early in life and, after numerous sports injuries in college, decided to make a career out of her curiosity.

Lindsay is very active outside of the clinic, volunteering as an AEMT and as a fire fighter. She also enjoys the outsides and regularly goes fishing, biking, hiking, kayaking, running and walking her two dogs. Lindsay is passionate about helping her community and helping people realize their physical potential.

“I am excited to help you return to your pre-injury self and give you the tools to prevent re-injury,” Lindsay says. "At Northern Physical Therapy, we believe there is more to patients than their injury. We celebrate accomplishments as well as encourage healthy lifestyles."
