Today, Elevation Health & Wellness celebrates 3 years in business. 🎉

In our third year, EHW welcomed a new receptionist Angie and a new RN Magen.
Morgan RN also celebrated 1 year with us.
We are grateful to have each of them on our team.

Our office served hundreds of patients across the panhandle, participated in community outreach for our first responders, & supported local youth sports associations. Daniel was nominated by the community for Best of Bay 2025 for weight loss clinic and made TOP 3 Best of Bay Nurse Practitioner (winner will be announced 9/9).

Without our incredible patients, referrals, community support, & our children cheering us on, we wouldn’t be here.

Meet the owners of Elevation Health & Wellness

Daniel & AnnaLisa Totter, both partners in life and business. Daniel has been in medical field for 17 years. The majority of his nursing career spent in adult intensive care and emergency medicine. After he completed nurse practitioner school he relocated with his family from New Mexico to Florida. He has dedicated his career to improving the health and functionality of his patients by focusing on the root cause. Locally, he has been nominated Top 3 in the Best of Bay Community Choice Awards - Nurse Practitioner 2025.

Annalisa, registered nurse for over 10 years, focused the majority of her career in women’s health. As a Labor & Delivery nurse she focused on supporting and caring for women in their most vulnerable moments. After relocating to Florida, she worked in a local hospital as a nurse manager over women’s services.

Together, they decided to open up EHW and care for patients, their way, without the typical pressures and constraint’s of insurance companies. Hormone optimization is their specialty. Along with their dedicated staff, each day they focus on treating their patients individual health goals.
