When Ashley and her parents sought a second opinion at Boston Children’s, they got advice they didn’t expect. “Dr. Kocher told us, ‘Ashley needs a new meniscus. We need to unlock her knee so she can walk again.’” Learn what it’s like to be the youngest person to ever receive a meniscal transplant. ⤵️

Feeling merry and bright as we kick off the year. Thanks to our amazing community, this year’s Virtual Toy Drive fundraisers brought gifts and festive moments to patients spending the holidays in the hospital. Special thanks to River Street Christmas Lights of Middleton, MA for raising $4,000 through their incredible holiday light display—your generosity made a real difference!

We’re getting closer! Today, we celebrated our official ribbon-cutting for Boston Children’s Needham. We’d like to send a sincere “thank you” to our project teams and to everyone who helped us get here, including the Town of Needham, Turner Construction Company, Payette, TurningArt, and Charles River Regional Chamber. We’re grateful for all the support — and can’t wait to welcome patients and families to our new space on January 21.
