As we round down the "summer" and step back into most people's normal schedules I wanted to share my family's approach to sick season. This is a broad but pretty well rounded and easy to understand list of what we do for most common ailments. Ill bullet point next the break down of what products we use for common sicknesses, the "playbook" lists the dosages and where to purchase items/what to search for. I recommend a compounding approach to treating illnesses meaning stacking multiple protocols/supplements to reach a well rounded solution to get you feeling better quicker and aiding your body in a full recovery.
Daily Vitamin D supplement! We use Nordic Naturals Cod liver oil full omega fatty acids, they have children's chews also.
Flu/Viral infections
- Elderberry products
- Mineral/Body support baths
- Immunitea or echinacea + high vitamin C teas
Norovirus/Stomach bug/Food poisoning
- Elderberry Syrup
- Colloidal Silver oral
- Mineral/body support baths for hydration
- Clean electrolytes like LMNT
- Soup made from meat bone broth, plantain, dandelion green, garlic, and salt. Can add cooked, cooled to AL dente, then warmed pasta
Lung infections/coughs/ Respiratory illness
- Chest Protector Syrup
- Mullein (nebulizer tincture, breathe in leaf smoke, tincture orally, drank in tea)

Ear aches/ infections
- BREASTMILK is by far the best remedy for this and eases pain almost instantly

- Garlic Mullein ear oil (amazon or make your own RIGHT NOW is mullein flower season, use olive oil as your base) warm compress ear before and after oil use for 5 minutes
- Garlic Oregano tincture
MOST ear infections are a viral symptom and do not need antibiotic use which can actually cause further gut health harm leading to more infections
