Today is , and it’s such a good reminder that wellness doesn’t just live in what we eat or how we move, it’s also in the way we connect, cook, and grow together. One of my favorite ways to encourage healthy habits is by getting kids in the kitchen, because food is about more than nutrients. It’s about building confidence, sparking curiosity, and creating shared moments around the table.

This summer, I’m so excited to offer Healthy Hands Kids Cooking Classes through Lynnfield Community Schools: hands-on, feel-good fun where kids will learn kitchen skills, explore healthy recipes, and even bring those habits home to their families. Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing moms, grandmas, and caregivers out there! One of my favorite traditions is participating in the with my girls. Years ago, I was pushing them in a double stroller, now I get to watch them discover their own love for movement. It’s such a fun way to kick off the day, soak up the community vibes, and get moving... before we head to our oldest’s afternoon softball game, of course. 😉

And this year? I definitely didn’t see it coming, but I hit my best time ever! For anyone who knows me, I’ve always been more of a long-distance jogger than a fast runner… but somehow, I broke 30 minutes and felt stronger than ever. I guess all that drudging through Pvolve strength workouts really was worth it.

I’m not sure if it’s the endorphins talking or the pride in my daughter’s voice after the race, but either way, I’m feeling extra grateful today. Cheers to all the moms who show up for each other, at work, at school, on the sidelines, and in all the little everyday moments that matter most.
