I am down 17 pounds since January 1, 2025….. No medication, no fancy gimmicks, just plain self discipline.

It sucks to do…. it requires a change not just in what you eat, but in who you ARE.

Weight is your body’s adaptation to emotional stress, physical stress and biochemical stress.

I fear that with all of these weight loss drugs out there we are going to find that just as quick fixes usually do. You’re pushing disease down the road.

Health does not come from a medicine cabinet, a needle, or any other pill 💊 ….
