She’s coming back for an evening of sweat! Join Danielle Bradley, Studio Poise founder, for her signature bodyworke class. We promise you be sweaty, smiling, and wondering how can someone kick their leg so high. We’re not sure when the schedules and stars will align to make this happen again so let’s party it up in the basement let it’s 2014!

-Studio Founder, Danielle Bradley will rock the dance floor with our signature cardio dance class, Strike a Poise! First class since December (only a few spots remain).

-New 8am class time with Danielle Mallet with a studio favorite, Worke.

-Of course Chrissy will teach her legendary double.
