Come meet us and other outsidey organizations at Seattle Welcome Day: Outdoors and Adventures!

We’re excited to share that we’ll be participating in Seattle Welcome Day: Outdoors and Adventures on Tuesday, November 4 — the city’s official event for newcomers. This evening is all about community, connection, and exploration, and we’d love for you to join us there.

Whether you’re a lifelong adventurer, a weekend hiker, or simply someone who loves fresh air and new experiences, this is your chance to meet us and connect with dozens of other outdoors and adventure organizations that make Seattle such an exciting place to live.

Here’s what you can expect at Welcome Day:
• Meet ~100 fellow newcomers who care about the outdoors and adventure (new trail buddies await!)
• Take part in fun, activity-based icebreakers designed to help you connect
• Explore opportunities to get involved with local adventure groups, outdoor clubs, and recreation organizations — including ours
• Walk away with a beautifully designed Seattle Journal (a $25 value) to help you track your journey and new connections

We’re so excited to welcome Dorian to the Lynnwood team as one of our newest Personal Trainers — and it just so happens to be his birthday today too 🎉 (Be sure to wish him a Happy Birthday!)

A former college baseball player and three-sport scholarship athlete, Dorian knows what it takes to stay focused and push for progress. He’s currently training for an Ironman and has already completed the Spartan Trifecta — a 5K, 10K, and 21K all in one weekend.

Outside the gym, Dorian loves connecting with others through community events and small group settings, helping people build both strength and self-discipline.

He’s got a few openings for new clients, so if you’re ready to start training — now’s the time 💪 link in bio!

✨ Meet Emily ✨

Emily is our newest Registered Dietitian in Fremont ! She is passionate about creating a kind, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients can build confidence and find ease in their food choices. Her specialties include disordered eating and eating disorders, healing body image (especially for q***r folks), exploring relationships with food, digestive concerns (like nausea, GERD, IBS, and intolerances), picky/selective eating, and supporting those with a history of substance use.

When she’s not in dietitian mode, you can find Emily immersed in a good book or video game, showing off her cooking skills to family and friends, or connecting to her spirituality through yoga or time spent outdoors.

It’s about that time 🎿

Our Winter Conditioning classes begin the week of October 6th and run through the week of December 15th (skipping the week of thanksgiving). This class is designed and coached by our expert Physical Therapists to focus on single-leg stability and sport-specific polymerics. Everything you need to stay healthy this ski season!
