Did you know that Acupuncture school is a 3.5-4 year master's level science program in the US? Often a full time program, students carry 20-30 credits every quarter. And like many other non-MD/DO professions, will disappear if the Dept of Education is allowed to reduce access to loans. Many acupuncture students cannot work full time while attending school and rely on loans to get through medical school. We need access to loans so we can survive. Restore our "professional" stature and let us access loans so we can provide health care to our communities.
