Girl, is it REALLY not aligned 👀 or are you just terrified to be seen failing in public?

Let’s talk about the spiritual rebrand of self-sabotage.

Nah - you’re avoiding the vulnerability of being visible. Let’s be FR.

There’s a huge difference between sacred slowness and strategic self-abandonment… but most of you are calling fear “alignment” and wondering why your content doesn’t convert.

🤷🏼‍♀️ Alignment doesn’t mean easy.
🤷🏼‍♀️ Intuition doesn’t mean never being uncomfortable.
🤷🏼‍♀️ Safety isn’t built by hiding until you feel brave.

Your power doesn’t come from sitting in the corner of the internet, waiting for clarity to strike like a lightning bolt ⚡️ It comes from MOVING. Telling the truth. Taking the leap. Being seen in your mess - not just your happy highlights.

Instead of asking yourself what you need to look like or say to get clients to buy from you…

Who TF do I need to be?

Are you curating this perfect aesthetic feed hoping no one notices that you’re questioning everything you’re posting?

Because alignment isn’t just about having a cute bio or saying your business is “purpose-driven.”

It’s about being real with yourself.
And actually embodying who TF you are -
Not just the shiny, digestible parts that feel safe to share.

So let me ask you 👀
What are you scared to say out loud?

I was scared to talk about driving for Amazon Flex during an income dip.
I was scared to admit I lived in a 17’ camper in my family’s driveway when I started coaching.
And yeah, I still feel a little embarrassed navigating this slower season with my health and taking care of my mom.

But I share it anyway.
Not for a pity party. Not for validation.
But because I don’t want to build a business that ONLY feels safe when life looks good.

I want to show up for my business even when things are a dumpster fire 🔥
Because that’s what creates REAL connection and REAL trust with my audience.

And let’s be honest…

When life started falling apart 🌪️ first with a breakup, then health issues, and now my mom facing a serious medical situation - my first instinct was to DO more.

To fix it by pushing harder 🫠

But what I’ve actually been guided to do… is the opposite.

✨ Slow down.
✨ Lean into the structure I’ve already built.

✨ What if every obstacle, challenge, or detour wasn’t a sign to give up… but an invitation to surrender deeper to the flow of life?

The past 6 months have tested me in ways I didn’t see coming. My health, my mom’s health… the weight of navigating real life, a break-up, and still showing up for my business and my clients.

Yes, running your own business is a gift. The freedom, the ability to move things around when life demands it - I’m grateful for that every single day. But let’s be real 👀 it’s not always easy.

This is why I believe so deeply in building a business with true sustainability, safety, and solid foundations.
