Just do better next time: It doesn’t have to be a big deal. It doesn’t have to be good or bad. It can just be. If you don’t like how you showed up. Just do better next time. .
Take. a. beat.: Take a breath, walk away, step into another room, put your phone on do not disturb, set yourself as away, unfollow, shake it out, count to 5 - just take a beat before you let the overwhelm take over.

With PMDD impacting 3-8% of women 2-3 weeks out of their menstrual cycle there are ways we can investigate and support your symptoms..
Symptoms of PMDD can be:
Headaches
Severe mood swings including feeling despair and rage
Joint and muscle pain
Appetite changes including excess appetite and lack of appetite and cravings
Difficulty concentrating
Lack of interest in usual activities
Suicidal thoughts and feelings of hopelessness.
As a nutritional therapy practitioner I’m always looking for a root cause, an underlined issue, an area of the body out of homeostasis that needs to be supported..
PMDD can be a beast (and I always encourage working with a qualified healthcare provider to gain a diagnosis) but there is no need to feel unheard, unsupported, or feeling like you don’t have autonomy over your body..

No one is coming to do the work for you. You need to want it. You need to put in the work..
Get curious. Your curiosity is going to help you reach your health goals. It comes right after consistency and knowing your self-worth.

There is so much more said in silence then we realize. It’s how we shape our future..
Nothing lasts forever - it all comes in seasons (or waves or moments). This can elicit some feelings of sadness but also hopefulness knowing that everything comes with a season..
