We are so excited to share this patient's rhinoplasty progression, from her before photo, to one week post-op (right after her cast was removed), and now at three months post-op! This is a fantastic way to see how the nose refines and settles as the swelling subsides over time.

Her biggest concern was the bridge of her nose. The goal was to create a smooth, straight, and balanced profile that was in harmony with her other features. At the same time, a septoplasty was performed to improve her breathing.

At 1 week post-op, you can see the immediate change, but also the significant swelling that is a normal part of this stage. By 3 months post-op, the majority of that swelling has resolved, revealing a beautifully refined and balanced shape. It's important to remember that the nose will continue to subtly refine for up to a year or more!
