This patient is currently three months post-op from a combined rhinoplasty and septoplasty, and her newly refined profile is already looking fantastic. Her primary aesthetic goal for this procedure was to carefully reduce the prominent dorsal hump on her bridge to create a beautifully smooth, natural slope.
While the rhinoplasty addressed the external contouring to achieve her desired aesthetic, the septoplasty was performed simultaneously to correct internal structural deviations and ensure optimal functional airflow.
It is highly important to note that nasal surgery requires a significant amount of patience during the recovery process. Although the acute post-surgical swelling subsides within the first few weeks, it can take up to a full year—and occasionally longer—for all residual micro-swelling to completely resolve and for the final shape to settle. Despite having more healing ahead of her, her recovery is progressing perfectly and her enhanced profile is already prominent.
