This patient is 3 months post-op from her Mommy Makeover. While the term "Mommy Makeover" traditionally refers to a combination of breast and body procedures, the specific surgical plan is unique to every patient’s anatomy and goals.

For this patient her surgical plan included: Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty) combined with Liposuction of the waist to contour the midsection. The incision is placed low, allowing it to be hidden within the underwear or bikini line. A Breast Augmentation with Lift (Mastopexy-Augmentation) to restore both volume and position.

At 3 months, she looks excellent, but internal healing is still underway. Mild swelling can persist for several months as the tissues fully settle and the scars mature.

The "Drop and Fluff" process—where the implants descend and the lower breast pole rounds out—is gradual. The pectoralis muscle and skin envelope are still adjusting to the new volume.
