Paige’s Yin Flow on Sundays consists of 30-40 minutes of Yin poses and 10-20 minutes of slow moving and fluid poses strung together using the breath. 5-10 minutes in savasana at the end. It’s appropriate for the beginner student and a great way to rest before a busy week.

Alex will take you on a sound journey using instruments such as sound bowls, light drumming & chimes. Benefits include: reducing anxiety & relieve stress; improve sleep & focus.

Suggested to wear comfortable clothes. Bring your own pillow, blanket, and yoga blocks. Maybe bring socks and a journal with pen. Any items that help ease you into comfort. No experience necessary.
