Wayne County Nursing Home and Rehab Center has been providing excellent care to the people of Wayne County since 1830. We are conveniently located 15 minutes away from Lyons, Clyde and Newark. With 192 beds, we are proud to be the largest skilled long-term care facility in Wayne and Ontario Countries. well equipped to care for those with acute care and long-term or short-term stays. The Wayne County Nursing Home and Rehab Center offers short term rehabilitation and sub-acute care, long-term residential care, respite and hospice.
“Get in, get out and get going again” is the motto for our rehab center providing therapy 6 days a week. Our sub-acute care includes peritoneal dialysis, LVADs, IVs, tracheotomy care, and other skilled nursing services. As a leading-edging long term facility, we focus on “helping you feel at home” through consistent caregivers and a home-like environment.

The Wayne County Nursing Home Foundation’s Annual Festival of Trees begins today. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who donated the beautiful Christmas trees, decorative items and handcrafted pieces now displayed throughout the central corridors of the first and second floors of the nursing home. Bids may be submitted in person at the main reception desk or by calling the nursing home switchboard at (315) 946-5673.
