Your lymphatic system doesn’t need force — it needs support, rhythm, and intention.

Start by opening the system (hello Big 6 from Stop Chasing Pain, taught by Dr. Perry Nicholson).
Then ease into the vibration plate low and slow.
Move gently. Change positions. Let your body respond.

And when you’re done?
Don’t shut everything down.

Legs up the wall. Arms up.
Take a gentle walk. Drink water.
If your blood is pumping and your muscles are contracting, your lymph is moving.

This is how you extend the benefits of lymphatic work — not undo them with couch time, wine, and cookies (save those for later 😉).
