Reminder training days for the month of July are the 9th and 23rd where the MacDill Main Clinic and Sabal Park Clinic will not open until 1 p.m. but Drive-Thru Pharmacy and limited tele-health appointments will be available starting at 10 a.m. We will return to our normal 1st and 3rd Wednesday in August.

The Drive-Thru Pharmacy is transitioning from DOSEPHARM to Q-Anywhere for activating new prescriptions.
- DOSEPHARM will remain operational until August 1, 2025.
- Q-Anywhere is available NOW for immediate use.

Important Reminder:
MHS Genesis Messaging remains available as an alternative option.

Q-Anywhere – Key Information:
- Patient-Specific DOD ID Required
You can activate prescriptions for multiple patients at once by entering DOD IDs for all patients.
- Drive-Thru Pickup Only
Q-Anywhere is available exclusively for drive-thru pharmacy pickups.
- Activation Methods
Activation can be done via text or website.
- Ticket Number System
Upon activation, you’ll receive a virtual “ticket number.” No physical ticket will be issued.
- One-Time Communication Per Ticket
Once the pharmacy responds, your ticket will close. If further communication is needed, you’ll need to start a new ticket.
- This service is not used to request refills
To request refills, please call the refill phone line at 813-640-4892 or utilize the “Rx Refill” tab on the MHS Genesis Patient Portal.

We're excited to announce the first step in integrating Family Health and Warrior Medicine! Starting Monday, 24 March 2025, the MacDill Primary Care clinic will be moving to the north wing of the MTF. Look for directional signs when you enter - you'll now take a left instead of a right. Starting 24 March 2025 the Internal Medicine Departments will be consolidating to only be at the Sabal Park Clinic and the Women's Health Departments will be consolidating to only be at the MacDill Clinic. All patients assigned Internal Medicine or with a referral to Women's Health can continue their care at the new locations.
