It's been another productive year at Empowered Energy Wellness. My mission has always been to simply share how Eden Energy medicine has improved my health and dramatically changed my life. This amazing work has brought me some dedicated regulars who I see in office or online for sessions, as well as many others who have chosen to use Eden Energy for themselves, as self care. There are so many applications for this work!!

In reflecting back from where I have come, I have so much gratitude for the gift Donna Eden has given me. I am no longer plagued by chronic migraines and my painful symptoms from autoimmune conditions are managed with consistent self care.

My stress levels, although I am a busy mother of an active high school senior and a sophomore in college, are at a minimum level and I remain calm for the most part. This is an ongoing journey of growth and healing...and I cannot wait to see where this all leads!

In the new year, I hope to offer 1 hour classes, as well as short video techniques each and every one of you can use, at any time. Everyone should know how you can improve your own health and vitality with your very own hands!!

Yes, even us wellness practitioners get sick.

Despite all the work I do on myself...it's inevitable that I catch a cold or virus at times. This latest one has demanded full rest for the past 3 days.

Luckily, since I know the locations of so many acupoints and energy systems, I've simply been holding them for much of the time I've been in bed. I'm sure I am feeling better much faster than I would have otherwise.

This is the reason I do this work....there are infinite applications, of these simple protocols, that improve the quality of my life tremendously.

This is also why I love to share with others...there are simple things you can do each and every day that make a big difference.

I am grateful to finally have completed 6 years of intensive study, while establishing my practice!! I’m taking some time to celebrate and regroup, but soon I will be ready to (as Donna would say) go out and change the world!!
