🍓 Berry & Spinach Power Smoothie 🥬✨

Ingredients:
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 large handful of fresh spinach
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or water)
1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions:
Combine frozen berries, spinach, Greek yogurt, and almond milk in a blender.
Add chia seeds if you are using them.
Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Tips:
Add a few ice cubes for a colder, thicker smoothie.
For a sweeter taste, add a teaspoon of honey or a ripe banana.
Feel free to swap almond milk for oat milk, coconut water, or regular milk.
