Marshall Healthcare Marshall Healthcare is a 64 bed nursing home located in Machias Maine They provide personal attention and care in our home-like setting.

Marshall Healthcare Facility, located in beautiful downeast Maine on Beal Street, is convenient to downtown Machias, in a quiet residential neighborhood. We offer 4 levels of patient centered professional care and support for residents that includes short-stay Skilled Rehabilitation, long term care, hospice, and respite care. Dining services are provided in room or in one of our group dining rooms and catered to therapeutic dietary needs. The activity department offers social, devotional, and exercise programs with the holiday and theme day festivities. Our employees are among the most dedicated and loyal caregivers with some having worked here over 25 years. We offer comprehensive 24 hour nursing care along with clinical management of chronic disease. In addition to the attention provided by our highly trained and skilled staff, our residents have complete access to restorative nursing and therapy services on an as needed basis. Through professional care planning and engaging activities, the aim is to help individuals live as independently as possible, with dignity and respect.

Meet Candy Libby Alley, CNA-Med Tech✨
Candy Belle was nominated by staff, residents, families and friends as employee of the month for the month of August. Candy worked for us as a per diem med tech for a long time and decided to come join us full time this past year and we couldn’t be luckier! Candy is reliable, always in a positive mood, and trustworthy. She is always willing to step up and do extra to help in any way that she can! Candy is the one every resident and nurse wants to see working the medication cart. This recognition is so well deserved!
In Candy’s off time, she spends it with her family and her three wiener dogs.
Congratulations and thank you for all you do, Candy! We are so grateful to have you! 💊💖
