💉 What should I avoid after Dysport/Botox?

We get this question all the time, and it’s an important one. Proper post-care helps ensure the best results. Here’s what to keep in mind after your treatment:

✔️ Do not lay down for at least 4 hours
✔️ Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated area for 4 hours
✔️ No exercise or strenuous activity for the rest of the day
✔️ Stay upright and avoid tight hats or headbands that could apply pressure
✔️ Avoid saunas, hot tubs, or excessive heat for 24 hours
✔️ Avoid facials and massages for at least 7 days
✔️ Avoid lashes, waxing, hair cut/color, chiropractic care or physical therapy for a minimum of 24-48 hours

Botox results typically begin to show in 3 to 5 days, with full results in about 2 weeks. We always recommend a follow-up if it’s your first time or if you’re trying a new area.
