What an incredible day we had at the AALC Words and Wisdom Competition in Springfield! 🎉 While we didn't move on to State, we couldn't be prouder of our team's effort and dedication. Sometimes the real victory is in the experience and growth we gain along the way. Congratulations to the BFF's (Best Fact Finders) on a great season!

The celebration continued with a wonderful dinner at Cracker Barrel, where we reflected on all the hard work that brought us to this moment. These experiences remind us that success comes in many forms.

Meet the team series, week 2. Get to know our Marketing/Sales Director, Blake Magee:
Blake rejoined our team back in January 2026, he previously worked in our dietary department. He comes to us with over 9 years of management experience. Blake's favorite thing about his job, "seeing my residents smile" He states he loves being able to provide them with a loving home and loves to joke around with them. His favorite memory at Grand Prairie, one of our residents would always ask him to eat lunch with her and dance in the dining room.
A little about Blake: his favorite color is blue, and he has 3 small dogs and one cat. He has been married to Kyle for over 13 years (congratulations Kyle :)) and loves spending time with his family and friends.

Today we celebrated our RSC, Amanda! Amanda has been with us for 15 wonderful years. Thank you Amanda for everything you do and for putting up with us for this long! Here’s to many more years. 🎉
