Candidate must have a minimum of 5 yrs. experience in a professional office setting. Must have good customer service skills, demonstrate professional telephone skills, and have computer competence for managing multiple provider schedules. Experience handling insurance claims would be beneficial.

Someone left us a sweet message on our steps today! Thank you to this little mystery person! This pandemic is hard on everyone. We know. It’s hard for us too. Counseling Cares is still seeing clients and taking new clients. We are seeing people through video platforms or over the phone. Call us if you need help coping with this strange time that we are in.

FYI - This is a very difficult time for all of us and we understand that the COVID-19 stay-home policy has increased everyone's stress. Please be assured that we will continue to provide counseling and psychiatric services to those in need, but have been forced to use alternative means of contact. Therefore, we have now moved all of our services to electronic formats. The office will be closed, although we will continue to function as if we were open during normal business hours, so please call as needed (309-833-2255). Emergency services will continue to function uninterupted. For existing clients/patients, we will be contacting you regarding arrangements to make contact over electronic formats. For new clients/patients, initiating service may be delayed, due to arranging to complete consent forms without physical contact, so we will contact you to make other arrangements. It is our current understanding that insurance company's will be required to pay for tele-services during this crisis, but if your concerned about this please contact your insurance provider for clarification.
